Shakti introverts consciousness
“When the higher spiritual power of the Guru is transferred to the lower one of the desciple, it arouses and activates the desciple’s Chit-Shakti and makes it introspective. This awakening and activation is easily possible through Shaktipat.”
“Shakti cannot be unmanifest. As long as it is extrovert, it is involved in worldly objectives, but after the awakening of Kundalini, Shakti becomes introverted and is no longer engrossed in the world.
The process of Shakti becoming introverted happens when an aspirant turns off the lights, sits in a closed room, closes his eyes and surrenders in Sadhan. Now Shakti thins out seeds of past actions and converts them into movements.
The aspirant experiences a number of automatic movements at the level of his body, senses, mind and intellect. He has no sense of I-ness during all of these. He sees his body swinging, weeping, laughing, singing and trembling.
He also directly experiences the fact that he is not performing any of these actions, but that some other power is responsible for them.
This is why this system (Shaktipat Siddha Yoga) has been described as the self-proven system (Svayam-Siddha-Sadhan).”
